Nicole Schneider Tierney ([email protected]) is a graduate of Tulane University Law School. Ms. Schneider Tierney received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Duke University. While at Tulane, Ms. Schneider Tierney was the Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board, an editor of The Sports Lawyers Journal, and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Committee. Ms. Schneider Tierney won the Dean Donald R. Moore Crest Award for Leadership, was elected to the Order of the Barristers, and twice won Tulane’s intraschool appellate moot court competition.
While in law school, Ms. Schneider Tierney interned for the Honorable Monti Belot in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas. She then worked at the defense firm of Smithyman and Zakoura in the Kansas City area. After law school and before joining Cohen & Cohen., Ms. Schneider Tierney worked at Regan Zambri & Long in D.C., where she worked on personal injury and other civil cases.
Ms. Schneider Tierney is licensed to practice law in D.C., New York, Kansas, Maryland and Virginia.
